For 2009 we have once again been filming the MSA British Drag Racing Championship featuring the awesome Pro Modified class. Although open to other nationalities to enter, all the
rounds are held at Santa Pod Raceway in England, specifically the Easter Thunderball, FIA Main Event, SPRC Summer Nationals, FIA Euro Finals and the National Finals.
Presented by Abi Griffiths, this series showcases some of the best, heads up doorslammer racing on the UK scene.
The series will be available to watch later this year (broadcaster yet to be announced), and then on DVD shortly after. The series that we filmed following the MSA British Drag
Racing Championship for Pro Modified throughout the 2007 and 2008 seasons is available to purchase on DVD here
Also throughout 2009 we have once again filmed the HKS Drag Series with some of the most exciting racing
on the Japanese scene. Although filmed primarily at the four showcase Japanese events at Santa Pod Raceway, England (PTM Show, Japshow June, Rotorstock and the Japshow Finale), for the first time in its
history, the HKS Drag Series also crossed over into main stream drag racing, with rounds for each of the classes at national drag racing events at Santa Pod (Easter Thunderball, Summer Nationals and National
Finals).
The HKS Drag Series will air later this year (broadcaster to be announced), with a follow up DVD available shortly after.
